Lea.

The Lea project was a quick turnaround for a family looking for a more open concept between living room and kitchen. We took out a small peninsula that wasn’t serving the clients, removed a large wall and created a more functional island that offers storage, workspace and informal seating. New flooring throughout the main floor created a cohesive aesthetic that carries from the front door to the back of the home. Budget constraints didn’t allow for custom cabinetry so we opted instead for store bought cabinets and layered in some custom elements like a decorative hood vent and open shelving to keep the space light and airy while still offering useable space.
