Our Simpson project proved that beautiful design doesn’t have to come with an enormous price tag. These homeowners needed more space for entertaining and everyday family life with 2 growing kids. Their flooring was out dated but they didn’t have room in their budget to replace so instead we focused on a more functional layout and optimizing storage and workspace while working with the existing floor tiles tying the space together aesthetically. We opted to invest in custom cabinetry but saved on areas like lighting fixtures and cabinetry hardware to give them the biggest impact for their dollars spent.
